FABA is rooted in Armenian and Lebanese heritage — where Mediterranean meets Middle Eastern. Our name comes from the Latin word for bean, a nod to the legumes at the heart of our house-made sâj spreads. Everything is made from scratch in our kitchen.

It’s a traditional Middle Eastern flatbread. Our sâj is thin, like lavash, with a flavorful spread. It’s served folded and can be enjoyed just on its own, with a pickle, and with our mezze and dipping sauces.

Mezze is a Mediterranean & Middle Eastern tradition with warm and cold dishes meant to be shared, like tapas. Our mezze can be enjoyed on their own, but we recommend pairing a few with our sâj.
