Our Mission

We believe in creating delicious and nutrient-rich vegetarian and vegan food, all while minimizing our environmental impact. We are champions of:

  ● Real whole foods: We believe whole plant foods are the building blocks of flavor and the best fuel for our bodies. Our homemade spreads, spice blends, and sauces are paired with fresh ingredients to create recipes with pops of flavor in every bite. Your take away: delicious, nutritious, minimally processed dishes.

  ● Global flavors: Our food reflects our love and appreciation of cooking traditions from around the world. Each of our signature flatbreads are rooted in traditional flavors and inspired by our cultural curiosity.

  ● Sustainability: Our planet needs us to act. By prioritizing plant foods, including plant-based proteins, we're reducing our environmental footprint and contributing to a more sustainable food system.

  ● Inclusivity & Kindness: Step into our eatery just as you are. We promise you a haven of casual comfort where you’ll experience a satisfied heart, a full stomach, and a smile. Your unique self is the perfect guest at our table, and together, we can build a more vibrant community where everyone feels welcomed and valued.

  ● Convenience & Value: Say goodbye to compromise. Our aim is to bring plant-powered dishes to the forefront of fast casual, offering value and swift service with menu options for everyone.

Where's the beef?

We had to make a choice here.  While meat remains a good source of protein, when sourced from modern feedlots it lacks the taste and quality of yesteryear. So we joined the plant-based revolution! The spreads on our flatbreads are a hearty alternative to meat, packed with protein-rich beans and vegetables, and little to none of the undesirables: saturated fats and cholesterol. Our "Chicken," "Chorizo," and "Burgers" aren't what they seem – they're made from mushroom root or peas, delivering plenty of protein and essential fiber. And they’re gluten-free! You've got to taste it to believe it.

Leaving meat off your plate is also a sustainable approach to healthy eating. It's not only good for you, but good for the planet.
